A family photography session typically lasts 60 to 90 mins, depending on variables such as the number of family members, amount of clothes changes, if kids or pets (or both) are present.
A standard Corporate or Graduation photography session will usually take about 30 mins.
During the session, we will try to capture as many. If you have any special request that requires additional time, please let us know earlier so we can make arrangements for an extended session.
The first step to a great picture is feeling comfortable. We’d like you to feel that way, so we would like to recommend that you wear something that reflects your personality as well as makes you feel attractive! It is also important that you are able to move around easily.
We do provide make-up and hairdo service if you would like to look your best for the shoot. However, these services are offered separately. You can get that service added into your cart when you purchase any of our photoshoot packages.
Each photography session involves several aspects that will affect this number of shots. We typically take between 10 – 20 shots. Our photographer will take as many photos, after which they will assist you with choosing the best shots.
You can easily reschedule your appointment by calling us at 6220 9757 or drop us a Whatsapp Message to 9111 5783. We will do our best to schedule appointments as efficiently as possible, so any last minute cancellations may impact our running time.
Cancellations prior to 3 working days of photoshoot will receive a refund. However, for late cancellation, there will not be any refund. Instead, we will give you credit which can be used towards a future photoshoot. Credits are valid only for one year.
It is always best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You do not want to be late or to cut the shoot short as there may be a next booking customer. If you can make it here a few minutes ahead of time you will help us serve you better.
We love animals too! You may bring your pet along for the photoshoot. However, please be aware that pet(s) must be leashed and attended to at all times, unless you’re willing to allow us to hold your pet for you.
Also, be sure to inform us earlier that you would like to bring your pet along for the photoshoot.
The standard time to receive your final photos is 6-8 weeks, however the exact time will vary depending on the combination, print quality and size of order. High volume orders or high seasonal volume may require more time.
You will be notified via email when your gallery is complete, giving you a sneak peek of the selected images. We will not consider your gallery complete until it has been reviewed and you have approved of all the photos.
